工作职责:
Ø对区域的用户增长、付费率、营收相关指标达成负责
Ø对区域内内容运营，内容矩阵搭建，二次元社区氛围搭建负责
Ø对区域创作者相关工作负责，完善创作者体系，提升创作者活跃度及留存
Ø对国内外团队的搭建，培养负责
工作要求:
Ø英文/越南语流利，有当地工作生活经验优先
Ø对内容运营有自己的理解和方法论，了解二次元文化优先
Ø了解创作者体系，对于创作者需求有全面的理解
Ø熟悉营收相关体系，如直播、会员等

Job desc
ØMonitor the quality of daily ACG content and capture up-to-date trends to generate real-time local insights and user preferences.
ØResponsible for the Animation, Games, Entertainment and other relevant categories content operation, including the number of good quality videos, content consumption and user’s retention.
ØOptimize content strategy and analyze high level content to select good quality content and guide UGC video production.
Requirements：
ØVietnamese native speaker is a must, have bachelor’s degree or above in related field.
ØHave deep understanding of video platforms and trending video content.
ØHave 2yrsexperience of video content operation, have strong data analysis skills.
ØProficient in English or Chinese is a great plus.
