We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our immigration services by developing and executing strategic marketing plans. Your responsibilities will include enhancing brand awareness, driving client engagement, and ensuring the success of our marketing initiatives. We are seeking a creative and analytical thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing and the immigration industry.

Location: Ho Chi Minh City

Key Responsibilities:

1) Strategic Planning and Execution:

· Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

· Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive landscape.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

2) Content Creation and Management:

· Create compelling content for websites, blogs, social media, and newsletters.

· Oversee content marketing strategies to drive engagement and lead generation.

· Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all marketing channels.

3) Campaign Management:

· Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns to promote immigration services.

· Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed.

4) Client Engagement and Outreach:

· Organize and participate in industry events, webinars, and conferences.

· Implement customer feedback mechanisms to improve service delivery.

5) Analytics and Reporting:

· Utilize marketing analytics tools to track and measure the performance of marketing initiatives.

· Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.

· Minimum of 4 years of marketing experience, with a strong preference for experience in industries involving high-net-worth clients.

· Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.

· Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, with high proficiency in SEO, copy-writing, and social media management.

· Excellent communication skills and proficiency in using marketing analytic tools.

· Strong project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

· International experience is an advantage, as it facilitates easier adaptation to our international teams.
