【人事专员】Personnel Commissioner
岗位职责:执行招聘工作流程,进行邀约、接待、安排面试,办理员工招聘、入职、离职等手续;按要求建立、保管员工个人档案,及时更新员工花名册,及时按流程办理员工转正、调岗、劳动合同续签等手续;负责办理员工请假、休假的有关手续,考勤核算等;负责公司社保和公积金异动以及年审事宜;完成领导安排的其他工作任务。
Responsibilities:Execute the recruitment workflow, conduct invitation, reception, arrange interviews, and handle employee recruitment, On-boarding, and off-boarding procedures;Establish and keep employees' personal files according to the requirements, update employees' roster in time, and handle employees' procedures such as regularization, transfer, and renewal of labor contract in time and according to the process;Responsible for handling procedures related to employee leave, vacation, attendance accounting, etc.; responsible for the company's social security and provident fund changes and annual audit; complete other tasks arranged by the leadership.
任职资格:大专及以上学历,人力资源专业优先,可接受优秀应届生;有制造行业人力工作经验优先,熟练使用相关办公软件;具有良好的职业道德,灵动性强,有较强的沟通协调能力。
1.中文母语者,需越南语流利;越南母语者,需中文流利。2.优秀的沟通能力和协调能力。
Qualifications:Junior College degree or above, majoring in human resources is preferred, excellent fresh graduates are acceptable; experience in manpower work in manufacturing industry is preferred, proficient in the use of relevant office software; good professional ethics, dexterity, strong communication and coordination skills.1. Native Chinese speaker, fluent in Vietnamese; Vietnamese native speakers, fluent in Chinese are required. 2. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
